What You’ll Actually Do
• Review: Assess incoming field marketing requests for completeness and accuracy before project initiation.
• Manage: Set up and manage project workflows, timelines, and deliverables utilizing tools like Adobe Workfront.
• Maintain: Update and maintain marketing toolkits, resource logs, and documentation for franchisee access.
• Facilitate: Capture feedback from regional partners and route it efficiently to creative teams for action.
• Distribute: Ensure final marketing materials are uploaded, labeled, and distributed correctly via SharePoint and other channels.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in brand marketing or agency environments.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in marketing, creative operations, or project support roles, including internships or entry-level positions, coupled with proficiency in project management systems like Adobe Workfront, Smartsheets, or SharePoint.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational skills to keep projects structured and trackable, strong communication skills to manage shifting timelines and incomplete information, keen attention to detail for file naming, version control, and deadlines, and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
• Bonus: Familiarity with brand design, client management, and creative briefs.
