Junior Account Executive | Thrive Los Angeles

This role is crucial for driving revenue for small to mid-sized business accounts by managing the entire sales cycle and fostering client relationships within a high-performance setting.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales Strategy: Develop account acquisition and management through business-to-business sales.
• Client Relationships: Develop, build, and maintain strong relationships within a designated territory.
• Sales Presentations & Demos: Present sales pitches and product demonstrations to prospective accounts.
• Prospecting & Closing: Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting new leads to successfully closing deals and driving new revenue.
• Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in our CRM systems.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level individuals with a strong desire to succeed, learn, and grow in a sales environment.
• Experience: Willingness to learn and develop sales skills; previous sales experience is a plus, but not required; experience in a customer-facing role.
• Skills: Ability to confidently communicate, build rapport, and engage with diverse clients; a team-oriented approach that values collaboration and sharing insights.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
