What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations: Organize and manage information to support efficient daily operational tasks.
• Project Support: Assist in the execution of various team projects, contributing to their progress and completion.
• Record Keeping: Maintain precise records and documentation, including performing basic data entry.
• Administrative Assistance: Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, coordination, and preparing simple reports as needed.
• Learning & Collaboration: Engage with team members, participate in meetings, and learn organizational workflows and best practices.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student or recent graduate with an interest in animal health, wellness, or related fields.
• Experience: Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and respect for confidentiality in a learning or work environment.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with common office software including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
• Capacity to learn quickly, follow instructions, ask clarifying questions, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bonus: Current enrollment in, or recent completion of, a high school, vocational, or college program.
