What You’ll Actually Do
• Coordinate aspects of residential construction projects.
• Conduct jobsite walkthroughs to monitor quality and progress.
• Facilitate communication and coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors.
• Support project scheduling, timelines, punch lists, repairs, and warranty work.
• Provide essential field and travel support, including transporting company leadership, managing travel logistics, and assisting with material and document delivery.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent, with comfort working outdoors and traveling regularly.
• Experience: A valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bonus: Construction or trade experience, along with an interest in construction management career growth.
