For three generations, the Schaeffer family has proudly served the Delaware Valley, dedicated to building quality, affordably priced new homes. The legacy began with Thomas Schaeffer Sr., who applied his WWII woodworking skills to homebuilding, and continued with his son, Thomas “Tim” Schaeffer Jr., who founded Tim Schaeffer Communities in 1989 after years of custom home construction. Today, Tim’s son, Jason Thomas Schaeffer, as President of Schaeffer Homes, upholds and advances this cherished family building tradition.
