Supply Chain Analyst | ProDriven Global Brands

The Tone:
This is an entry-level, hybrid role at ProDriven Global Brands. We are known for our market-leading products and brands found on job sites worldwide, focusing on end-user needs and exceptional customer experience, from research to commercialization. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time, balancing service, inventory, capacity, and cost across our end-to-end supply chain. This position is ideal for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and curious to build a career in supply chain planning.

• Team: Works alongside planners, manufacturing, procurement, customer service, and finance.
• Mission: Ensure the right product, in the right place, at the right time, while balancing service, inventory, capacity, and cost across the end-to-end supply chain.
• Tech Stack: ERP tools, Excel, Power BI/AI

What You’ll Actually Do
• Supply Planning: Build and maintain short- and mid-term supply plans for assigned SKUs/locations using ERP tools.
• Order Management: Generate planned orders (purchase/manufacturing/transfer) and monitor open orders to ensure on-time supply.
• Exception Management: Review planning exceptions (e.g., shortages, reschedules, late supply, demand spikes) and partner with cross-functional teams to drive resolution.
• Performance Reporting: Monitor KPIs such as service level/OTIF, inventory turns, backorders, and excess & obsolete (E&O), creating reports that highlight root causes and trends.
• Continuous Improvement: Maintain planning master data and support continuous improvement projects including parameter tuning, standard work documentation, and report automation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience, with internships or co-ops in supply chain, operations, analytics, or planning being welcome.
• Skills: Strong working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas) and the ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and communicate clearly.
• Bonus: Exposure to ERP/Planning systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, etc.), experience with Power BI/AI, and an understanding of planning concepts such as lead time, safety stock, service levels, MRP, and capacity constraints.
