What You’ll Actually Do
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential user segments, understand their needs, and pinpoint effective channels for reaching the target audience. This involves gathering insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive and innovative user acquisition strategies. These strategies will outline approaches to attract new users to Quick Focused’s platform, aligning with company growth objectives.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze various performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing acquisition campaigns. This includes tracking key metrics, identifying trends, and generating actionable insights for continuous optimization.
• Program Implementation: Implement and manage growth programs, taking strategies from conception through to execution. This involves coordinating various elements to ensure campaigns are launched successfully and on schedule.
• Team Collaboration: Foster effective collaboration and maintain clear communication with the broader team. This ensures alignment across departments and contributes to the overall success of user acquisition initiatives.

• Background: This role requires a student currently pursuing or an individual who has completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a closely related academic field. The ideal candidate will bring foundational knowledge from these areas to the user acquisition function.
• Experience: Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, specifically demonstrated through experience with performance data evaluation to measure campaign effectiveness. Essential experience includes a solid understanding of various user acquisition and growth marketing strategies.
