Internship – TikTok Shop Affiliate Coordinator | UFACTORY

The Tone:
This is a paid, fully remote internship at UFACTORY. UFACTORY operates as a full-service TikTok Shop engine and an official TikTok Shop Service Partner agency, managing shop operations, content, affiliates, and creators for high-growth brands. This role is crucial for learning the full affiliate lifecycle and directly supporting client accounts by driving affiliate outreach and content strategy. The work directly contributes to achieving measurable results for brands on TikTok Shop.

The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Type: Part-time (12-20 hours per week)
• Location: Remote

• Team: Embedded with the Account Management and Affiliate team, supporting 1-2 client accounts.
• Mission: Identify, engage, and manage a community of creators to execute successful affiliate campaigns that drive product sales for UFACTORY’s client brands on TikTok Shop.
• Tech Stack: TikTok Shop, internal tools, Discord, email blasts

What You’ll Actually Do
• Affiliate Outreach & Management: Constantly source new leads, vet prospective creators, suggest fresh talent, follow up persistently, and maintain an active, growing roster of creators ready to perform using TikTok Shop and internal tools.
• Relationship Building: Develop real, ongoing relationships with creators and agencies through direct 1-on-1 communication and broader channels like Discord and email blasts, ensuring clear, timely, and energetic communication.
• Creator Strategy & Content Review: Watch incoming videos, tag high performers, flag top content for repurposing, review affiliate performance, and share constructive feedback with creators to optimize their content.
• Creative Briefs: Create and distribute compelling creative briefs that highlight product angles, formats, and content examples, updating them weekly to reflect the latest top-performing hooks and trending formats.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled at a 4-year college or university.
• Experience: Genuinely obsessed with TikTok, creators, and online shopping, with the ability to spot a viral hook or high-converting video in the first three seconds.
• Skills: Deeply organized, self-directed, thoughtful communicator, and capable of writing clean, compelling briefs and outreach messages that elicit responses, thriving in a remote environment.
• Bonus: Direct content creation experience, especially on TikTok; hands-on experience with AI video tools for editing, captions, repurposing, or creative testing; experience working with creators and/or health, wellness, beauty, or celebrity-backed brands; experience with Discord or other community platforms.
