What You’ll Actually Do

• Tracking: Track outreach performance and engagement metrics to improve strategies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student, recent graduate, or early-career professional with foundational experience or strong interest in cold outreach, lead generation, sales, or business development.
• Experience: Prior exposure or strong interest in cold calling and lead generation, with confidence in phone-based prospect communication.
• Skills: Strong verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain professional follow-ups. Good research, organization, and time management skills. Self-motivated to work in a target-driven environment.
• Bonus: Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, or outreach platforms.
