This is an entry-level, in-person role at Platinum Coastal Group, focused on supporting its retail operations and strengthening its brand presence. What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Engagement: Greet customers, answer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly while upholding brand integrity and delivering exceptional service.
• Product Advocacy: Educate customers on product knowledge and promote offerings in alignment with brand standards and current promotions.
• Store Operations: Maintain an appealing, clean retail environment and ensure product availability through diligent inventory management.
• Marketing Support: Execute in-store promotional campaigns and marketing activities to boost sales and brand visibility.
• Performance Improvement: Collect customer feedback, analyze sales trends, and collaborate with the team to achieve goals and enhance offerings.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This entry-level role is suited for individuals eager to grow within the retail and brand management industry. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a bachelor’s degree being a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, showcasing an ability to actively engage with customers. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to meet sales targets or performance goals and possess experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
• Skills: Required skills include strong verbal and written communication for effective customer interaction, excellent interpersonal skills, a positive and team-oriented attitude, and strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Basic math skills are also necessary for cash handling and sales transactions. The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential.
• Bonus: A bachelor’s degree is a plus. Additional preferred qualifications include a background in marketing, brand representation, or promotional work. An understanding of retail merchandising and visual presentation standards is beneficial, as is a commitment to continuous learning about new products, brand updates, and industry trends. Reliable transportation to commute to assigned retail locations is also a plus.
