What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Analysis: Research, collect, and analyze data to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
• Requirements Management: Gather requirements from the line of business, document them, and convert them into technological requirements for engineering teams.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for requirements built by engineering, as well as for software upgrades and version releases.
• Issue Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve system-based issues with assistance from internal technology teams.
• Support and Monitoring: Provide end-user support, monitor systems, respond to inquiries, and resolve or escalate reported incidents within established SLAs, managing multiple ticketing queues.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required. Candidates should possess entry-level to intermediate knowledge of the residential mortgage industry, specifically within Correspondent or Retail Lending. This includes familiarity with sales, operations, capital markets, and various residential mortgage products and services. Additionally, intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules, regulations, industry standards, and practices is essential for this role.
• Experience: 2+ years of related experience or similar field. Requires entry level experience using SQL.
• Skills: Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite proficiency or similar products. Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
