Summer MBA Intern, Influencer & Digital Marketing | SARAH CREAL BEAUTY

The Tone:
This is a summer internship at Sarah Creal Beauty, located remotely. The company formulates luxury makeup and skincare essentials for women 40+, using scientifically-advanced, clean, and cruelty-free ingredients, sold via their website, Sephora.com, and select Sephora stores. This role offers an MBA intern the opportunity to drive a strategic digital marketing growth initiative from end to end. The intern will gain broad exposure to executive decision-making, market-facing execution, and cross-functional collaboration on a high-priority project.

• Team: Reports directly to the CEO, with a dotted-line relationship to the Head of Growth.
• Mission: Spearhead a multi-phase Digital Marketing project, introducing a new approach to content and engagement, from research through implementation, to drive strategic growth.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Spearhead: Lead a brand new initiative in the digital marketing space, focusing on a new approach to content and engagement, from initial research through final implementation.
• Lead: Conduct comprehensive research across market trends, customer behavior, competitive activity, channel dynamics, and emerging growth opportunities for this specific vertical.
• Synthesize: Translate research findings into clear executive-level insights, actionable recommendations, and structured decision frameworks for leadership review.
• Develop: Create strategic options, detailed business cases, and comprehensive operating plans for the initiative.
• Translate: Implement strategy by coordinating various workstreams, establishing new processes, and driving execution against defined milestones.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a top-tier MBA program with a strong academic record.
• Experience: Prior experience in management consulting, strategy, or a similarly rigorous problem-solving environment. Must have experience with influencer, creator, or social media management, and experience with creator and digital marketing.
• Skills: Exceptional analytical horsepower combined with sound business judgment; ability to quickly move from ambiguity to structure; strong executive communication skills, including crisp writing and presentation development; comfortable owning workstreams independently while keeping senior stakeholders aligned.
• Bonus: Experience in beauty, wellness, luxury, or a consumer brand.
