What You’ll Actually Do
• Candidate Sourcing: Identify and secure qualified candidates for various job placement opportunities.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generate recruiting and hiring reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant data and trends.
• Client & Candidate Communication: Engage directly with candidates and clients as necessary, based on the level of involvement with specific searches.
• Project Management: Manage project work by employing forward thinking, multitasking, and prioritization skills.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional supporting talent acquisition processes.
• Experience: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Skills: Ability to multitask efficiently, well-developed writing and communication skills, excellent telephone etiquette, computer literacy, and a strong sense of ethics and professionalism.
• Bonus: Prior office experience.
