• Team: US operation team, specifically the campaign & marketing team
• Mission: Execute and optimize marketing and brand campaigns for TikTok Shop US, connecting brands with consumers and supporting strategic e-commerce growth.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Execute day-to-day operational needs for marketing campaigns, including conceptualizing and developing initiatives like sales and brand campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal account managers, user research, creator managers, and other cross-functional teams for campaign creation and optimization.
• Communicate and collaborate with local KOLs, social media, and digital channels to enhance online community reputation and brand awareness.
• Analyze campaign performance data, including order and GMV targets, to provide ongoing optimization recommendations and innovative ideas.
• Research local market trends, cultural content, and industry developments to inform and optimize campaigns and support branding efforts.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Business or a related discipline.
• Experience: Familiarity with the latest local trends and social media influencers.
• Skills: Excellent stakeholder and project management; strong ability to manage expectations and collaborate effectively; independent and self-motivated with good end-to-end project ownership; analytical thinking with a strong ability to derive insights from data.
• Bonus: Majoring in communication, marketing, or e-commerce-related areas; commitment to a full-time internship lasting more than 4 months.
