The Tone:
This is a summer internship at Applied Technical Services, LLC, located in a hybrid or fully remote setting. ATS is a leading provider of critical testing, inspection, certification, and compliance services, founded in 1967 and operating with nearly 2,100 team members across over 90 U.S. locations. In this role, interns will contribute to ATS’s purpose of creating a safe and reliable world by designing and building Copilot agents that solve real-world business challenges using cutting-edge AI technology. This position offers college students the opportunity to gain valuable experience in AI development, problem-solving, and professional communication through meaningful projects.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Design and develop Copilot agents to address specific business challenges and use cases.
• Collaborate: Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Test: Test and iterate on agent functionality to ensure quality and effectiveness.
• Document: Document development processes, design decisions, and implementation details.
• Present: Prepare and deliver a comprehensive presentation showcasing project results and learnings at the end of the internship program.
