What You’ll Actually Do
• Attendance: Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality throughout all shifts.
• Operations: Adhere to store operating policies and standards, including ensuring quality food and beverage products, accurate cash handling, and store safety and security.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication.
• Beverage and Food Preparation: Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes, including customized requests for temperature, ingredient quantity, or substitutions.
• Task Execution: Perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.
