This role is essential for delivering high-quality, non-irritating residential cleaning services to clients, contributing to the company’s reputation and customer satisfaction within a supportive and independent work environment. Cleaners operate independently most of the time, allowing for focused and effective work.

• Pay: Up to $25 hourly, plus generous tips, paid weekly
• Team: Works independently after 7 days of one-on-one training with a mentor.
• Mission: Provide high-quality, eco-friendly residential cleaning services using natural products.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Residential Cleaning: Deliver high-quality, thorough cleaning services to residential clients in the Portland metropolitan area.
• Eco-Friendly Practices: Utilize company-provided all-natural, eco-friendly, and non-irritating cleaning supplies and methods.
• Independent Work: Execute cleaning tasks efficiently and independently, with the ability to focus on the work.
• Training & Development: Actively participate in 7 days of one-on-one paid training with an experienced mentor to learn proven cleaning methods.
• Quality & Efficiency: Continuously develop and refine cleaning quality and efficiency with ongoing support from your mentor.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates should possess high character and a commitment to performing quality work, as Clean Affinity hires for character and trains for skill. Essential for this role are a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and ownership of a reliable personal vehicle capable of transporting cleaning supplies.
• Experience: No prior professional cleaning experience is required; comprehensive one-on-one paid training will be provided to develop necessary skills.
