The TL;DR

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operation: Rotate between various areas within the department, ensuring seamless workflow.
• Data Management: Accurately perform data entry for production activities.
• Documentation: Maintain precise production logs to record operational details.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct quality testing to verify products and processes align with required specifications.
• Equipment Adjustment: Implement adjustments to line equipment to ensure consistent product quality.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Graduate or GED Certificate. This role requires fundamental mechanical and technical understanding.
• Experience: 0-5 years of experience. Applicants should possess a good degree of proficiency in math and computer skills.
• Skills:
• Demonstrated mechanical/technical aptitude.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player with a customer-focused attitude.
• Strong and effective communication skills.
• Capability to work overtime as required.
• Proven good overall safety and performance work record, with the ability to cope in a demanding environment.
