Social Media & Marketing Funnel Intern | Acadium

The Tone:
This is a 3-month remote internship at Acadium, located remotely. Acadium is a company that provides tools, support, and mentorship to help individuals gain the skills and experience needed to launch their careers, connecting over 120,000 student members and 50,000 businesses through an apprenticeship marketplace. This role is crucial for growing Acadium’s online presence, increasing engagement, and supporting lead generation and conversion efforts for its platform.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and outreach initiatives to grow newsletter subscribers, event submissions, job seeker/employer registrations, HR job postings, and e-blast engagement.
• Optimize: Build and optimize Acadium’s LinkedIn corporate page.
• Create: Create LinkedIn social media posts and schedule content using Planable.
• Manage: Create and manage e-blast templates and email automations in ActiveCampaign.
• Improve: Support marketing funnel improvements focused on lead generation and conversions.
• Report: Assist with content planning, campaign tracking, and marketing performance reporting.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student interested in digital marketing, social media, and lead generation.
• Experience: Working knowledge of WordPress, DiviBuilder, and WordPress plug-ins, along with experience in LinkedIn corporate page optimization, social media posting, and CRM email automation platforms such as ActiveCampaign.
• Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to think strategically and contribute ideas, organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Bonus: Experience with marketing funnels, outreach campaigns, or conversions.
