Product Strategist Project Intern | TikTok

This role supports TikTok’s product teams by deeply analyzing internal operations and external market dynamics to define strategic directions that drive business growth. The Product Strategist Project Intern gains practical skills and contributes to key strategic initiatives that impact global markets.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategic Support: Support strategic initiatives for global markets through desk research, product analysis, and data interpretation.
• Market Analysis: Conduct competitive and market landscape analysis, and contribute to the development of product and go-to-market strategies.
• Report Generation: Compile industry and thematic research reports with clear, data-driven conclusions and recommendations.
• Trend Monitoring: Track industry trends, user behavior, and content ecosystems on a regular basis to identify emerging opportunities or risks.
• Insight Delivery: Deliver research insights to inform product positioning, feature prioritization, and content strategy decisions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree with a solid understanding of basic industry research methodologies.
• Experience: Prior internship experience in internet strategy, investment, or related fields is preferred, as is experience working with a global team.
• Skills: Strong data analysis skills, solid understanding of basic industry research methodologies, and strong logical thinking skills.
• Bonus: Proficiency in Thinkcell and data platforms such as App Annie, QuestMobile, and Wind.
