What You’ll Actually Do
• Data & Compliance: Lead a comprehensive review of employee documentation to ensure 100% compliance with federal standards.
• HR Systems: Architect an efficient digital filing structure for the HR department, implementing a scalable naming convention for seamless document retrieval.
• Onboarding: Research industry-leading onboarding trends to elevate the New Hire Orientation program, creating a world-class first-day experience.
• Talent Branding: Take charge of the Talent content initiative, producing authentic video and photo assets to showcase team culture for recruitment marketing efforts.
• Employee Engagement: Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution for employee appreciation events and holiday gatherings, fostering a community-focused culture.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Comfort handling sensitive, confidential data with a high level of integrity; proven organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); strong communication skills; a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor; self-starter attitude with a teamwork mindset.
• Bonus: Experience with Canva or video editing tools.
