What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Entry: Accurately enter and update inventory, customer, and transaction data into internal databases.
• Data Verification: Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
• Inventory Support: Assist with tracking and reconciling inventory for coin and bullion products.
• Reporting: Generate basic reports and provide data as needed for management.
• Operational Assistance: Support administrative and operational tasks as needed, maintaining confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position requiring a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: No prior experience needed, as training will be provided; basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data entry is a plus.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, good communication skills, basic math skills, and strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Bonus: Interest or experience in coins, bullion, or precious metals is preferred; ability to learn quickly and identify coin and bullion products efficiently.
