Marketing Intern (Summer 2026) | MCA Connect

The Tone:
This is a Summer internship at MCA Connect, located remotely (U.S. based) with occasional collaboration with the Denver-based marketing team. MCA Connect helps manufacturers succeed by unlocking innovation with actionable business insights through strategic solutions built on Microsoft Business Applications and Azure Data & AI. The intern will play a critical role in supporting the marketing team’s efforts to drive company growth, pipeline generation, and brand visibility. This position is ideal for a student eager to gain hands-on experience in B2B technology marketing.

• Team: The intern will support the marketing team and gain exposure to how marketing supports sales, leadership, and Microsoft partnership initiatives.
• Mission: This person will support foundational marketing operations and contribute to higher-impact initiatives such as LinkedIn thought leadership, AI tool research, and campaign execution to aid company growth and brand visibility.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Account & Data Support: Help update, clean, and maintain Microsoft account and target lists aligned to sales and marketing priorities, assisting with data organization and research.
• Campaign & Program Support: Assist the marketing team with ongoing campaign execution, including events, webinars, emails, and content, by coordinating timelines, assets, and follow-up activities.
• AI & Automation Research: Research emerging AI tools, agentic workflows, and marketing automation use cases, documenting findings and supporting experimentation for efficiency.
• Social & Brand Support: Assist with LinkedIn programs, including company page activity and executive thought leadership, by helping draft, schedule, and track content and engagement.
• General Marketing Support: Provide ad hoc support across the marketing team as needed, assisting with content reviews, slide updates, or research projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Rising Junior or Senior currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: No specific years required; comfortable working in spreadsheets and documents with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, curious about AI/technology/B2B marketing, self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative, fluent in English, valid Driver’s License.
• Bonus: Interest in Microsoft, AI, or technology consulting; experience with LinkedIn, social media, or content creation; familiarity with basic marketing concepts or tools.
