Internship – Real Estate Brokerage | Matthews™
The Tone:
This is an unpaid training opportunity for students at Matthews™, a rapidly expanding commercial real estate firm. Participants will learn the core commercial real estate sales process by utilizing the company’s advanced technology and new methods. The role provides a foundational learning experience for aspiring sales professionals within a supportive and high-energy setting, working alongside seasoned professionals to maximize their training.

• Mission: To learn the commercial real estate sales process and develop fundamental sales and marketing skills.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Marketing Strategy: Learn how to utilize marketing to increase the total number of customers and profitable revenue per existing customer.
• Sales Observation: Observe sales and marketing activities including direct and channel selling, telemarketing, lead generation, and cold calling.
• Revenue Understanding: Acquire a basic understanding of revenue responsibilities, including reaching sales quota.
• Account Development: Develop skills to identify, qualify, develop, and execute strategies in target accounts and introduce new products/services.
• Client Relationship Management: Learn to maintain regular contact with a large database of clients and prospects.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Rising college junior or senior, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027, currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Experience: This is a student training program; specific years of prior professional experience are not required.
• Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills; strong work ethic, discipline, and resilience; a driven, competitive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
