The Tone:
This is an unpaid, experience-based internship at IBFlash, located remotely. IBFlash is an AI-native platform designed to assist students in breaking into investment banking, private equity, and high finance through comprehensive preparation and recruiting tools. This role is crucial for scaling the next generation of finance recruiting infrastructure. Interns will gain real startup ownership and hands-on growth experience in a vital, emerging sector.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Brand Growth: Grow the IBFlash brand and online presence across various platforms and communities.
• Strategy Collaboration: Collaborate on content, growth, and marketing initiatives to expand reach.
• Content & Community: Contribute to social media, community building, and content distribution efforts.
• Idea Generation: Brainstorm viral content ideas, identify potential partnerships, and develop growth strategies.
• Startup Operations: Work directly with the IBFlash team on core startup growth initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student with a strong interest in finance, startups, growth, the creator economy, or social media.
• Experience: Comfortable operating within a startup environment and culture.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong communication and execution abilities, coupled with an entrepreneurial and self-starter mentality.
• Bonus: Familiarity with finance recruiting culture, online communities, or content creation.
