The Tone:
This is an internship at TikTok, located in Los Angeles, CA, focused on product operations within the creative and creator ecosystems. TikTok builds world-leading tech solutions for creative production and optimization, empowering advertisers, creators, and partners to deliver engaging creative experiences. This role is crucial for supporting product strategy, managing creator partnerships, and driving product growth initiatives that advance technology in the ads tech and creative industry.

• Mission: Support product strategy, creator partnerships, and product growth initiatives within TikTok’s creative and creator ecosystems.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Execution: Support end-to-end planning and execution of creator monetization initiatives, with a focus on large-scale B2B/B2C events.
• Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with Product, Data, Sales, Marketing, and Legal to align on key business objectives and support decision-making.
• Project Management: Drive project management across timelines and execution with strong operational rigor to ensure successful program delivery.
• Strategy: Support and optimize creator supply strategy for brand innovation products, managing the lifecycle from sourcing to activation and payment.
• Optimization: Build and improve scalable creator acquisition funnels and key conversion metrics, such as participation, activation, and retention.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in an MBA program with experience in creator strategy, creator marketing, or product marketing within the digital advertising industry.
• Experience: Proven experience leading complex, end-to-end projects across multiple stakeholders, and a strong understanding of the creator economy with expertise in creator-led product solutions.
• Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, go-to-market (GTM), and analytical skills.
• Bonus: Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate ambiguity, experience working with social media platforms and creators, and a commercial mindset with experience building products from 0 to 1.
