What You’ll Actually Do
• Guest Service & Skill Development: Deliver efficient service and meaningful experiences to hotel guests while cultivating strong customer service and interpersonal skills in a professional setting.
• Operational Immersion: Gain extensive, hands-on exposure to the foundational elements of a bustling hotel’s operations division, observing and participating in daily functions.
• Rotational Learning: Engage in structured departmental rotations across critical areas such as Rooms, Food and Beverage, and Engineering, providing a holistic view of hotel management.
• Industry Understanding & Career Pathway: Develop a deep and practical understanding of the hospitality industry, with an opportunity for a performance-based transition into a full-time role or eligibility for the Corporate Management Trainee program.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled as a 2nd or 3rd year student in a university program, pursuing a major in hospitality or a closely related field of study.
• Experience: Possess continuous authorization to work legally in the U.S. and demonstrate the capability to commit fully to the 6-month duration of the internship program.
• Skills: Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, essential for effective communication and collaboration, alongside a dedicated customer service-focused approach in all interactions.
