What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Acquisition & Nurturing: Proactively build and nurture strong relationships with new customers, ensuring a positive initial engagement with WOW Brand’s 0% fee payment processing system.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and expand connections with existing clients, fostering long-term partnerships and identifying opportunities for continued engagement and growth.
• Client Needs Assessment & Solutions: Meet with customers to assess their specific needs, understand their concerns, and proactively anticipate requirements to provide appropriate solutions and product recommendations.
• Service Excellence & Support: Deliver excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction, ensuring all client inquiries are addressed thoroughly and followed up as needed to maintain high levels of trust.
• Product & Service Expertise: Continuously stay updated on current products and services, actively learning about new offerings to effectively communicate their value and relevance to clients.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates should possess an in-depth knowledge of industry standards and a confident, approachable personality essential for client interactions.
• Experience: Requires a minimum of one year of sales experience coupled with at least one year of experience within the payment processing or related industry.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database tools.
• Bonus: A self-starter with the ability to work independently, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
