What You’ll Actually Do
• Process: Assist with the processing of payroll for over 50,000 employees located in the US, Canada, Mexico, and India.
• Compliance: Apply established company payroll policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
• Support: Provide a strong level of customer service when addressing payroll-related inquiries from employees.
• Execution: Contribute to the timely and precise execution of payroll duties throughout the Fall term.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Payroll team on various tasks and projects critical to their success.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Experience: Experience thriving in environments with strict deadlines and high volumes of work.
• Skills: Advanced Excel skill set, extremely detail-oriented, strong communication skills, and an understanding of audit procedures, tax, and accounting principles.
