Our technology integrates a user’s LinkedIn data, competitor insights, and lead information to suggest relevant outreach and automatically deliver enriched leads directly into CRMs. This role is crucial for driving Blazel’s marketing voice, identifying emerging content trends, and developing engaging short-form video content ideas and scripts for various platforms.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Pitch: Pitch new ideas and creative concepts in marketing brainstorm sessions.
• Identify: Notice emerging content trends three weeks before widespread adoption and advise on how Blazel can leverage them.
• Create: Write engaging scripts and build effective content templates for short-form video.
• Advocate: Challenge conventional “LinkedIn-corporate” content approaches when they deviate from authentic brand voice.
• Perform: Appear on camera to present content when required for specific projects.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Open to individuals from diverse backgrounds, as Blazel explicitly values practical skills and insights over formal experience or academic qualifications. A core understanding of effective short-form content dynamics is essential.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required. Candidates should demonstrate deep practical experience in consuming and analyzing short-form content, coupled with a reflexive understanding of hook discipline and how to time content with emerging audio trends. Proven engagement with how social media platform algorithms function is critical.
