The Tone:
Tesla Security Engineering develops digital and physical security systems that protect its people, places, and intellectual property. This role collaborates with internal partners and IT Security to design and build security systems, growing the security program.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Responsibility: Explore and implement enterprise endpoint security standards across all managed workstation devices.
• Responsibility: Review and update security policy to align with industry best practices like NIST/CIS.
• Responsibility: Develop and apply AI/ML to security metrics to quantify existing control efficacy.
• Responsibility: Administer policy configurations for endpoint security controls, with an emphasis on Linux OS.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Experience: Expertise in Endpoint Management, Workstation Engineering, IT Operations/Engineering, or Endpoint Security functions.
• Skills: Endpoint security technologies (EDR/NGAV, IT Automation, PowerShell, Python, SCCM, Intune) and proficiency with Windows/macOS/Linux OS.
