What You’ll Actually Do
• Create Content: Produce 10 edited short-form videos weekly, delivered ready-to-post with captions.
• Be On Camera: Appear as the face and voice of the content in your own videos.
• Analyze Performance: Run weekly reviews of video metrics and write a brief recap on outcomes.
• Iterate Strategy: Adjust the next week’s content slate based on performance data and insights.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Deep understanding of internet culture and social media platform audience nuances.
• Experience: Proven ability making social media content; comfortable appearing confidently on camera.
• Skills: Video editing (CapCut or similar), on-screen captioning, and data analytics for content performance.
