The Tone:
CRB designs and constructs advanced facilities for life sciences and food & beverage clients. This role supports project teams in delivering complex, high-impact facilities. These projects contribute to life-changing therapies and global food supply.

The TL;DR
• Role: Construction Intern
• Team: Supports Project Manager and other project team members.
• Mission: Execute activities to support construction projects, ensuring conformance with objectives and construction documents.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote), Construction / Project Management tools and software

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Planning: Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction projects.
• Site Monitoring: Participate in site visits to monitor activities and ensure compliance with standards.
• Document Management: Support preparation and review of technical documents, including blueprints and plans.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to meet project goals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or Construction Engineering with interest in Food & Beverage or Life Sciences.
• Experience: Available May – August 2026. Experience with Microsoft Office suite. Prior construction internship or co-op experience is preferred.
• Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets. Knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations. Proficient in executing submittal and RFI review processes.
