About the Role
The Student helps the hiring department with various duties. This role is focused on supporting the department’s operational needs.
What You’ll Do
• Help the hiring department with various duties
• Perform other duties as needed
You’re a Good Fit If You
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
• Are able to read; write and speak with professional quality
• Can use computer and software programs necessary to the position (e.g., Word, Excel, Power Point, Access)
• Can operate/troubleshoot basic office equipment required for the position
• Are able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others
• Can provide leadership
• Are assertive and consistent in enforcing policies ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, rules and laws
• Can work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure
• Can lead, supervise, teach, and collaborate
• Can accept direction
• Are able to communicate effectively in English in person, in writing, and on the telephone
• Can think critically

• Can perform basic math and statistical functions
