About the Role
This is a 20 hr/week remote internship role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Nomara USA, where you will assist in developing and executing sales strategies, managing client interactions, supporting customer service initiatives, and contributing to training materials within a dynamic digital marketing agency.
What You’ll Do
• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies
• Manage client interactions via presentations or calls
• Support customer service initiatives
• Contribute to training materials
• Support the sales team in day-to-day tasks, such as lead generation, sales outreach, and performance analysis
• Update a CRM (Pipedrive)
• Use multiple touchpoints to source new clients through cold outreach and using our targeted list
You’re a Good Fit If You
• Have strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and handle inquiries professionally
• Have English C1/C2 English proficiency
• Have Sales and Sales Management experience or an interest in developing these skills to achieve and exceed goals
• Have the ability to participate in Training initiatives and support team development
• Have excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills to collaborate with a dynamic team
• Are self-motivated and have the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Are proficient in tools relevant for customer relationship management and data analysis
Bonus Qualifications
• Experience in marketing terminology
• Prior experience or coursework in sales or marketing
Role Highlights & Compensation
• Monthly stipend of $200 USD with a 10% bonus on new client acquisition
• Possible conversion to full time after 6 months to 1 year after successful internship
