About the Role
This Business Development Intern role offers a motivated, detail-oriented individual an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in government contracting, business development strategies, and client relationship management, working closely with the Business Development team to identify new opportunities, prepare proposals, and build relationships with key stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
• Conduct research to identify potential government contracting opportunities, including RFPs, RFQs, and other solicitations.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, including gathering required documentation, formatting, and ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements.
• Support outreach efforts to current and prospective clients, including scheduling meetings, drafting communications, and maintaining CRM systems.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to provide actionable insights for business development strategies.
• Assist with maintaining business development records, tracking deadlines, and organizing team meetings.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and project management, to align business development efforts with organizational goals.

You’re a Good Fit If You
• Are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Possess strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with government contracting processes.

• General salary range for this position is $20.00 – $20.00.
