About the Role
This internship is designed for students interested in developing hands-on Revit and BIM experience while working alongside experienced industry professionals in a collaborative office environment. You will gain exposure to real-world projects, BIM workflows, and the role BIM plays in supporting design coordination and project delivery across large-scale data center projects, specifically within our BIM team which supports complex mission critical projects through detailed modeling, BIM standards management, content development, and multidisciplinary coordination.
What You’ll Do
• Develop hands-on Revit and BIM modeling experience
• Participate in BIM standards management
• Contribute to content development
• Engage in multidisciplinary coordination
• Work closely with consultants and internal engineering teams to maintain consistency across projects
• Improve workflows, model organization, and overall project efficiency
You’re a Good Fit If You
• Are a student pursuing degrees or coursework related to Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), architectural engineering, construction technology, BIM/VDC, or related building systems disciplines
• Have completed a Revit course
Role Highlights & Compensation
• Compensation: $22.00 / hour
• Internship program requires completion of 400 total hours
• Interns may work between 16-36 hours per week, depending on availability and school schedule
• Program duration will vary based on weekly hours worked, typically ranging from approximately 12-24 weeks
• Work alongside senior BIM professionals on real-world projects
