About the Role
This internship at ALKU is designed to provide hands-on experience in sales, empowering interns to personally drive business forward on ALKU accounts under the guidance of experienced sales mentors. Interns will get acquainted with every side of the sales cycle, solve problems, and learn the industry, growing both personally and professionally. The program aims to springboard young professionals into full-time ALKU team members.
What You’ll Do
• Personally drive the needle forward on ALKU accounts and business
• Get acquainted with every side of the sales cycle
• Solve problems on the fly
• Learn the industry inside and out
• Participate in the Specialized Intern Training Program, Circuit, which includes hands-on experience, skill development, and real-time feedback
• Learn both sides of sales and choose your best fit
• Drive ALKU business through lead generation, outreach, and sourcing efforts
• Develop foundational skills and a professional network

Role Highlights & Compensation
• Expected Pay: $16-$18 per hour + performance-based bonuses
• Hourly pay (paid weekly!)
