About the Role
This internship within Disney Cruise Line’s Pricing & Revenue Management team supports fleet-wide pricing, revenue planning, and inventory optimization across shipboard experiences. The role is designed for individuals who are curious, proactive, and excited to learn how data informs business decisions in a dynamic operational environment, contributing to a world-class organization.

What You’ll Do
• Support initiatives that help analyze Guest spending, identify revenue opportunities, and inform pricing strategies
• Work closely with analysts and leadership to apply data-driven thinking to real business challenges
• Learn how data is used to inform pricing and revenue decisions in a real‑world business environment
• Gain hands‑on exposure to analytical tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, and advanced Excel
• Develop skills to translate analysis into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
• Understand how cross‑functional teams collaborate to drive business outcomes and achieve shared goals

You’re a Good Fit If You
• Have familiarity with Excel (required) and interest in learning data tools such as SQL, Python, and/or Tableau
• Possess strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with curiosity about using data to answer business questions
• Are able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally
• Are detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Have the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Are enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
• Are at least 18 years of age
• Possess unrestricted work authorization
• Are a current Disney Intern, College, International, or Culinary Program Participant, you may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program

Bonus Qualifications
• Have exposure to SQL, Python, Tableau, or other data and business intelligence tools
• Possess experience working with data sets through academic projects, internships, or similar hands‑on learning experiences
• Have an interest in pricing, revenue management, or analytics
• Have familiarity with or interest in the travel, hospitality, or consumer‑focused industries
• Are a Disney College Program or Disney Intern Alumni
• Are in your Junior or Senior year of college (preferred)
• Have a major or previous coursework in Data Analytics, Finance/Accounting, Statistics, Math, Economics, Computer Science/Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or related major (preferred)

Role Highlights & Compensation
• This internship is a full-time, nine-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from August/September 2026 – June 2027
• Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
• Fully available Monday through Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
• Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Orlando, FL area
• Able to provide reliable transportation to/from work for the duration of the program
• Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines
• Limited housing opportunities for Florida Based Professional Interns are provided through American Campus Communities
• The pay rate for this role in Orlando, FL is $31.00 per hour
