About the Role
This role offers real, hands-on experience building tech at a funded, fast-paced startup. You’ll join a small, experienced team of 15, operating in a fast-paced environment where you’ll learn a ton and have significant ownership, constantly engaging in discussions about product, design, and strategy. You will report directly to the CTO, an ex-Google 3x CTO who led two previous YC companies.

What You’ll Do
• Build customer-facing features to help other VC-backed startups find office space
• Work on web features backed by AI pipelines
• Growth-hack by building shareable content and SEO/AEO magnet features
• Build internal AI-powered dashboards for office matchmaking

• Have the technical chops to bring ideas to life with code
• Have React and Typescript experience
• Have experience writing full-stack web code, comfortable with front-end React, interacting with back-end server code, and have some knowledge of database models and services
• Are comfortable with Claude Code/Cursor/Codex
• Are a product-minded and curious engineer
• Have the ability to empathize with customers and think strategically about what to build and why
• Have the ability to communicate clearly about product requirements and tradeoffs

Bonus Qualifications
• Node JS/Next JS experience
