About the Role
RushFusion100 is seeking a highly motivated Relationship Management Intern for Summer 2026. This role focuses on building nationwide relationships with sorority and fraternity members to help chapters create custom apparel for various Greek life events, including recruitment, executive boards, bid day, and philanthropy.

What You’ll Do
• Connect with sorority and fraternity chapter leaders
• Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients
• Help coordinate apparel ideas, mockups, and communication
• Support outreach and growth initiatives across campuses
• Work directly with the RushFusion100 team on branding and expansion

• MUST currently be members of a sorority or fraternity
• Are highly outgoing and organized
• Love networking and relationship building
• Are passionate about Greek life culture
• Want hands-on startup and fashion industry experience
• Are interested in marketing, branding, business, or entrepreneurship
• Have strong communication skills
• Are active on Instagram and comfortable with outreach/networking
• Are self-motivated and dependable
