About the Role
This full-time, on-site Construction Project Management Internship in Miami offers hands-on exposure to high-end residential construction and project management operations, requiring a 6-month commitment and immediate start. Candidates must have a background in construction and access to a car with a valid driver’s license.

What You’ll Do
• Assist in managing residential renovation projects from start to finish
• Support proposal preparation, drawings, material takeoffs, and cost estimates
• Conduct daily site visits across multiple active projects
• Assist with client communication throughout project phases
• Support file management, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Help coordinate procurement and track materials and samples
• Maintain vendor databases and pricing logs
• Participate in daily and weekly project management meetings
• Work closely with construction, design, and operations teams

You’re a Good Fit If You
• Are currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Have a strong interest in construction and project management
• Possess a background in construction through education, internships, or hands-on experience
• Demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Can work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and on-site environment
• Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Are proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take ownership
• Are seeking real exposure to the construction industry beyond the classroom
• Desire a long-term growth path within a high-performance design-build firm
• Are excited to build a career in construction project management

Bonus Qualifications
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit is a plus

Role Highlights & Compensation
• $2,500/month stipend
