## Role Description: Agency Partnership Intern (Remote)

This is an exciting and challenging remote internship role for a proactive Agency Partnership Intern at Axentra OS. You will play a crucial part in expanding our reach and impact by assisting in the identification, cultivation, and nurturing of strategic alliances with key agencies. This role offers invaluable hands-on experience in business development, sales strategy, and relationship management within the fast-paced e-commerce technology sector.

As an Agency Partnership Intern, you will be responsible for:

Strategic Partnership Identification: Actively research, identify, and qualify potential agency partners that align with Axentra OS’s strategic objectives and target market.
Business Alliance Management: Support the management and nurturing of existing business alliances, ensuring mutual value and ongoing collaboration.
Market Analysis & Business Planning: Conduct thorough market research and data analysis to identify partnership opportunities, assess competitive landscapes, and inform strategic business planning efforts.
Proposal Development: Create compelling and tailored partnership proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition of collaborating with Axentra OS for both potential partners and their clients.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders within partner agencies, fostering trust and long-term engagement.
Growth Strategy Contribution: Contribute innovative ideas and insights to develop and refine partnership strategies that drive mutual growth, expand market share, and ensure successful outcomes for clients and partners alike.
Sales Enablement Support: Assist in preparing materials and presentations to support the sales team in leveraging agency partnerships for lead generation and deal acceleration.

## Qualifications

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious individual who is eager to learn and make a significant impact. Ideal candidates will possess:

Partnership Acumen: Proven understanding of Strategic Partnerships, Business Alliances, and the ability to effectively build and cultivate robust relationships with partners.
Collaboration Strategy: Knowledge and experience in developing effective Collaboration Strategies that drive mutual benefit.
Business Planning & Proposals: Demonstrated aptitude for Business Planning and the ability to craft clear, compelling, and effective Proposals to support organizational growth.
Sales Understanding: A foundational understanding of Sales principles and the ability to support business development efforts with enthusiasm and strategic insight.
Core Skills: Exceptional Communication (both written and verbal), strong Organizational, and keen Analytical Skills.
Academic Background: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a program in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Remote Work Proficiency: Highly Self-Motivated, disciplined, and capable of thriving independently in a Remote work environment, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.
