What You’ll Actually Do
• Define Product Strategy: Develop a clear product vision and strategy for your AI/ML area, aligning it with company goals and market opportunities.
• Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Market & Customer Research: Conduct in-depth market research and gather customer insights to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
• Go-to-Market: Lead product launches and develop go-to-market strategies to ensure successful adoption and market impact.
• Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators, monitor product performance, gather feedback, and continuously iterate for product success.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field, leading AI and machine learning product initiatives.
• Experience: 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years focused on AI, Machine Learning, or data-intensive products, and a proven track record of launching complex software products.
• Skills: Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and technologies, exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience with agile development methodologies.
• Bonus: Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms, a background in data science or engineering, experience with enterprise customers or B2B SaaS, or an MBA.
