Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our next-generation AI and Machine Learning products. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind defining compelling product experiences, working closely with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to bring innovative solutions to market. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, market trends, and technological capabilities to deliver products that create significant value and drive our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and Own Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear, compelling product vision and strategy for your AI/ML product area, aligning it with company goals and market opportunities.
• Roadmap Development & Prioritization: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Market & Customer Research: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer insights through interviews, surveys, and data analysis to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
• Product Specification & Design: Translate high-level concepts into detailed product requirements, user stories, and use cases, working closely with UX/UI design and engineering teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central point of contact, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration between engineering, data science, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Launch & Go-to-Market: Lead product launches, develop go-to-market strategies in partnership with marketing, and ensure successful adoption and market impact.
• Performance Monitoring & Iteration: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor product performance post-launch, gather feedback, and continuously iterate to optimize product success and user satisfaction.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate product plans, updates, and results effectively to internal stakeholders, including executive leadership.

Qualifications:

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years focused specifically on AI, Machine Learning, or data-intensive products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products from conception to end-of-life.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, technologies, and development processes (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, deep learning frameworks).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable product strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving environment.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, Azure ML).
• Background in data science, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience working with enterprise customers or in a B2B SaaS environment.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
