• Mission: Support production operations by monitoring processes, ensuring quality standards, and driving efficiency through continuous improvement and innovation.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support Operations: Monitor production processes, manage input materials by ordering and staging, load semi-finished materials, and conduct quality checks to ensure products meet release standards.
• Drive Innovation: Take initiative in leading efforts related to innovation and sustainability within the role’s scope.
• Implement Improvement: Facilitate and implement changes focused on continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and promote growth.
• Promote Excellence: Dedicate yourself to performing at your best and encourage colleagues to embrace new ways of working and living.
• Accommodate Shifts: Be prepared to work rotating or midnight shifts, as well as overtime, weekends, and holidays when necessary.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career. Must be 18 years of age or older. Requires a High School Diploma/GED or higher, completed and verified prior to start.
• Experience: Candidate must be a 2026 High School Graduate and have completed at least one semester of post-secondary education as a full-time student within the current year to qualify for summer work.
• Skills: Ability to work rotating or midnight shifts, as well as overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Bonus: Strong attention to detail and commitment to following operating procedures and customer specifications for high-quality, on-time product delivery. Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate across teams. Interest in improving processes through continuous improvement and problem-solving.
