• Team: Collaborative team, working closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers. Mentors junior developers.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Design and Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of new features and applications across the full stack using modern technologies.
• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and testable code; conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Back-End Development: Develop robust and scalable server-side logic, APIs, and microservices using specified back-end technologies.
• Architecture and Scalability: Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, focusing on application scalability, reliability, and security.
• Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices within the team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Senior career level.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js); in-depth experience with server-side programming languages and frameworks (Node.js, Python, or Java with frameworks); solid understanding and practical experience with SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) databases; experience designing and consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs; proficient with Git.
• Bonus: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform); familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes; experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Mocha, Chai, or Cypress); experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment; understanding of microservices architecture; knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices; proven experience mentoring junior developers and leading technical initiatives.
