What You’ll Actually Do
• Design and Architect: Architect, design, and implement new features and services for the primary platform using modern web technologies.
• Full-Stack Development: Contribute significantly to both client-side user interfaces and server-side components across the entire stack.
• Code Quality & Optimization: Write clean, maintainable, testable, and efficient code, participating in reviews and optimizing applications for speed, scalability, and security.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentorship & Architectural Input: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to strategic technical decisions for product development.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, with a strong foundation in full-stack software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, demonstrated by a strong portfolio of shipped products.
• Skills: Proficient in modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Angular, Vue.js) and at least one back-end language and framework (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring, Go); solid understanding of relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases; experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices; proficient with Git and various testing methodologies.
• Bonus: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
