What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Education & Self-Service: Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions using self-service resources, including mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs.
• Financial Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities, then connect them with tailored solutions that align with their financial goals.
• Operational Adherence & Transaction Management: Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients while executing the bank’s risk culture and adhering to all applicable laws and established processes and guidelines.
• Network & Knowledge Expansion: Grow business knowledge and professional network by actively partnering with internal experts in small business, lending, and investments.
• Client Experience Management: Effectively manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is the minimum education required.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms, coupled with confidence in educating clients on self-service technologies. Must apply strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet client needs, and be able to work weekends and/or extended hours.
• Skills: Customer and Client Focus, Relationship Building, Oral Communications, Problem Solving, Cash Handling.
• Bonus: Prior experience in financial services with knowledge of industry products and solutions, one year of successful sales experience with individual goals, six months of cash handling experience, or a Bachelor’s or business-relevant Associate’s Degree.
