About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Brand Marketing Specialist to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity in Dacula, GA. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans designed to significantly enhance and consistently maintain Hebron Christian Academy’s brand awareness and reputation.

Key responsibilities for this dynamic role include:

  • Managing comprehensive branding efforts to ensure a strong and consistent brand identity.
  • Developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns across various channels to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Continuously monitoring and analyzing brand performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating closely with various internal teams, including admissions, faculty, and administration, for compelling content creation.
  • Ensuring absolute brand consistency across all communication channels, materials, and platforms.
  • Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and educational sector developments to identify new opportunities for audience engagement and brand growth.
  • Developing strategies to effectively connect with prospective students, families, and the wider community.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following:

  • Proven professional experience in Brand Marketing, Marketing, and Branding.
  • Demonstrated skills in Brand Management and Brand Development, with a portfolio showcasing previous work if available.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective messaging and collaboration.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Highly developed creative and strategic thinking abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A strong ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a closely related field.
  • Experience specifically within the education or non-profit sector is a significant plus.
