What You’ll Actually Do
• Architect & Develop: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications using modern full-stack technologies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliver impactful features.
• Code Review & Mentorship: Actively participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, share knowledge, and mentor junior engineers, providing technical leadership.
• System Optimization: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to optimize performance, resolve issues, and ensure system reliability and stability.
• Architectural Contributions: Contribute to the evolution of application architecture, infrastructure, and development processes, helping to shape the long-term technical vision.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in full-stack software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with a strong portfolio of deployed applications.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in backend programming languages (Python, Node.js, Java, C#) and associated frameworks, deep expertise in modern front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js), solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases, understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture, experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bonus: Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), familiarity with performance testing and security best practices, contributions to open-source projects, and knowledge of GraphQL or serverless architectures.
